Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fezbd platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

- Each individual may open only one account.
- Multiple accounts from the same household, address, or IP address are prohibited.

Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Withdrawal Conditions

- Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds have been met.
- For suspicious transactions, fezbd may request additional verification.
- fezbd reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.
Transaction Liability
- fezbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from an incorrect account number or information provided.
- fezbd is not responsible for transaction delays caused by server issues on the part of mobile banking providers.
- Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Transactions made outside the fezbd platform will not be recognised.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
fezbd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- Before withdrawing the bonus amount, you must complete wagering of 20 times (20x) the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If an attempt is made to claim the bonus through multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
- fezbd reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions without prior notice.
VIP Program and Cashback
The fezbd VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Cashback is credited directly to the wallet and is withdrawable. The process of advancing through VIP tiers depends on the member's activity and participation on the platform.
5. User Code of Conduct
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fezbd platform and any such activity may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Attempting to influence betting outcomes through fraudulent means or software.
- Using unauthorised third-party software, bots, or automated methods.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to steal or gain unauthorised access to other members' account information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
fezbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Registering with false information.
- Evidence that the account is being operated by a minor.
- Detection of suspicious financial activity.
- At the member's own request (as part of responsible gaming).
In the event of account closure, if no violation is proven, any legitimate funds will be returned.
6. Intellectual Property and Privacy
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the fezbd platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fezbd. Using, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
- No part of the platform may be scraped, crawled, or automatically downloaded.
- Use of the fezbd brand name and logo for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Liability for Service Disruption
fezbd makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, fezbd is not liable if service is disrupted for the following reasons:
- Technical errors or downtime during server maintenance.
- Issues with third-party payment providers.
- Internet connectivity problems occurring on the user's end.
- Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure situations.
- Service suspension due to government directives or legal obligations.
Bet Cancellation and Result Disputes
fezbd may cancel a bet and return the original stake in the following circumstances:
- A sports event is cancelled or postponed.
- Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- There is doubt or dispute regarding the outcome of an event.
In the event of a dispute, fezbd's decision will be considered final.
